RIDE
A fully immersed, full body workout. We ride to the beat of the music. Your Motivator will guide you through a journey to push your limits, leaving you sweaty and feeling accomplished. Choreography combinations and movements are incorporated to work the upper body and core. Modifications are always offered—this class appropriate for all skill levels.

STRENGTH
Focusing on power and strength, leaving you feeling strong and accomplished. Your trainer will guide you through various weightlifting movements working your arms, legs and core. Increasing strength, mobility and endurance. Modifications offered throughout class. You choose your weights for all movements.

HEAVY BAG
A full body workout hitting heavy bags to the beat of the music. Your coach will guide you through combinations of 6 punches, defensive moves and footwork. Moving in a new way to get your heart pumping! Built for every level.
