First of all, we can't wait to meet you! We love new faces and growing our community.

BOOKING CLASSES can be done through our free app or through our website! We recommend downloading the Mamba Cycle app, it is the easiest platform to book classes and keep track of reservations.

To book a class you will need to create an account and purchase a membership or class pack. All of our classes open for booking one week and one hour prior to class start time. For example - A 930am on a Friday will open the Friday before at 830am.

 

​ARRIVE early! We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early for your first class. This allows you time to check in with the front desk, get a quick tour of the studio, meet your motivator/trainer/coach, and properly set up for your class. Our main goal is to give you the best experience possible and arriving early guarantees that! Our studio doors close 2 mins before class time to ensure a safe and smooth start to class.

​BRING a water bottle, comfortable workout clothes and a mat (for strength classes that require a mat). We provide SPD shoes that clip into our bikes and heavy bag gloves. We also have towels available and lockers to keep your belongings while in class.  *We also have mats available for rent or purchase.

WAITLISTS move! If you join a waitlist, expect to get into class. You may be bumped into class up to 1 hr before class, so be ready! If you can't make it, just remove yourself from the class or the waitlist at least 4 hours before class to avoid late cancellation fees.
