All of our classes open for booking one week and one hour prior to class start time. For example - A 930am on a Friday will open the Friday before at 830am.

Classes can be cancelled up to 4 hours before starting time. Cancels within 4 hours of start are subject to a 5$ cancellation fee or loss of credit. If you are are on the waitlist, you can cancel at any time without penalty.

Doors open for classes 15 minutes before start times. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your class time. Our studio doors lock 2 minutes before class to ensure a safe and smooth start to class. We do not allow late entries into class. Late/no-show are subject to a $10 fee or loss of credit.

We provide: A secure place for your belongings while you're in class, towels, a water station, SPD shoes & heavy bag gloves.

You bring: Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle and a mat (for strength classes that require a mat).

We have mats available for rent and for purchase.

We also have water bottles, hydration drinks and energy drinks available for purchase.

Absolutely! Mamba is for everyone. Your pace is the right pace. Beginner, returning or experienced. Come exactly as your are.

Our experienced motivators/trainers/coaches will guide you through every class and will always makes sure to provide different options to ensure inclusivity and accessibility for all fitness levels.

Phones are not allowed in classes. Please leave them in the lockers provided in the lobby. Watches should be on "theatre mode". We keep the room distraction free and dark. Thank you for helping us create a special environment at Mamba!

We don't have showers but we do have individual washrooms/ change rooms available.
